Jury

The jury that will take part in the voting is still being formed. The expert commission of PSM Awards 2024 will include specialists in the field of finance and e-commerce in Ukraine.

Chief Innovation Officer at NovaPay (NOVA Group) Oleksiy Ruban has 17 years of experience in the financial sector in Ukraine and abroad. He has held senior positions in leading banks. His achievements include large-scale projects, including the creation of the NovaPay payment system. In November 2017, he was appointed Head of Product Development in the Business Development Department. Since March 2018, he has been heading the Information Technology Department. Three years later, he became the head of NovaPay's Innovation Directorate, which unites the IT and Business Development departments.
