Director of the Ukrainian Interbank Association of Members of EMA Payment Systems, Consultant of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy in the Verkhovna Rada. Aleksandr is working to make the use of non-cash payment instruments and technologies for settlements and lending in Ukraine an integral and safe element of financial culture.
