The expert committee of the PSM Awards 2021 gathers Ukrainian financial and e-commerce specialists.

Alternative Executive Director in International Monetary Fund (IMF), representing in the IMF Executive Board Ukraine and 14 other countries of the Constituency. Before joining IMF Vladyslav served as a Deputy Governor, Member of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), being responsible for the developing and implementing the strategy of the Ukrainian banking sector reforms and turnaround transformation project within the National Bank of Ukraine. Before joining the Central Bank in 2014, Vladyslav spent 8 years in the UniCredit Group, since 2010 occupying the position of the CFO and Deputy CEO of UniCredit Bank Ukraine, also managed the transformation projects including ones in digital sphere in several European countries. Prior to joining UniCredit, since 2000 Vladyslav was working as a strategic consultant in M&A area. In his non-profit activities in 2010-2013 Vladyslav served as a Co-chair of the Banking and Financial Committee of American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and a Board member of the Kyiv School of Economics in 2012-2014. Vladyslav graduated from the banking faculty of the Odessa State Economics University in 2000 and later was a researcher in University of Genova (Italy), Institute of the World Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Science (Hungary). Vladyslav has an extensive expertise in strategic management, managing complex turnaround transformation processes in the financial sector.
