In 2021, for the first time in Ukraine, he ensured the introduction of a new credit risk assessment model in cooperation with the VISA brand. This year, Volodymyr Dovgal was an invited expert at the MFO Summit 2021, and also participated in a panel discussion at the international conference Digital Change & Customers.
