Iryna Starominska holds the position of Chairperson of the Board at Universal Bank JSC. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, beginning her career in the Ukrainian banking system in 2000. Over the past 10 years, she has held key positions in various banks. In 2017, she assumed the role of CEO at Universal Bank. In the same year, the first Ukrainian neobank monobank, began its operations based on the Bank's basis. The monobank app currently serves more than 7.6M customers.
